If the Aviator demo will not load or a page here is wrong, tell us. Balances and withdrawals belong to your platform, not to us.

Contact Us — Demo Questions, Site Fixes and ID Requests

Two piles of message arrive here. One we can answer in a line; the other belongs to whoever holds your account. Sorting yours before writing saves a day.

Before You Write About the Demo

  • Tell us the browser and whether it is a phone or desktop. Most Aviator demo issues are browser-specific.
  • Say whether the round counter moves at all, or whether the screen stays blank.
  • If the balance is not saving, check whether you are in private browsing — local storage is disabled there.
  • Try the reset button once before writing. It clears a stuck state more often than not.

Things This Demo Desk Cannot Do

We cannot see your platform account, adjust a balance, release a withdrawal or reverse a deposit. Nobody outside the operator can, and anyone claiming otherwise in an Aviator group chat is setting something up. Our demo has no connection to any account at all, so nothing that happens on it can affect real money in either direction. Say which page. A message naming the Aviator page, the step that went wrong and what you expected instead can usually be answered the same day, while one saying the site is broken tends to need three replies before anybody knows what is being described.

One line worth repeating: nobody legitimate, ourselves included, will ever ask for your Aviator platform password.

Reaching Us, Sorted

Anything about the Aviator demo itself — it will not load, the balance is not saving, a control is unresponsive — is ours and usually answered the same day. Include the browser and the device, because that alone explains most of what goes wrong.

  • Aviator demo faults and corrections to this site: us, and quickly.
  • Aviator ID requests: the chat button, which reaches the desk that issues them directly.
  • Aviator balances, deposits, withdrawals and locked accounts: your platform's own support, always.
  • Password requests from anyone claiming to be Aviator support: ignore them and report the account.

The demo takes no payment and never will, so there is no billing question that could exist here. We also cannot see your platform account, adjust a balance or release a withdrawal — nobody outside the operator can, whatever a group chat tells you.
