We do not run the Aviator game, hold funds, issue accounts or accept payment of any kind. Using this site means accepting the clauses below.

Terms and Conditions — Play Money Only, No Payouts, 18 Plus

Last updated September 2026. These terms apply to everyone using game-aviator.vip, including the free Aviator demo. Plainly stated. The practice rounds here carry no cash value of any kind, cannot be converted, transferred, withdrawn or redeemed anywhere, and exist only so that the controls of the Aviator game can be learned by somebody who has not yet decided whether to play it for money at all.

  1. What the demo isA practice simulator we wrote. It is not the Spribe Aviator game, is not connected to any operator, and cannot accept, hold or pay money. Practice credits have no value of any kind and cannot be redeemed, transferred or converted.
  2. What we areAn independent site about the Aviator game. We are not Spribe, not a betting operator, and not affiliated with either. Aviator and any operator names appear for identification only.
  3. AgeYou must be 18 or over. Some Indian states restrict online play further, and checking your own state's position is your responsibility.
  4. No financial adviceNothing here is advice to bet, deposit or stake any amount. Aviator carries a published house edge and losing is the ordinary outcome of playing it for real stakes.
  5. AccuracyPlatform addresses, install steps and package sizes change without notice. We correct pages when we learn of a change but cannot promise every detail about Aviator is current at the moment you read it.
  6. Outbound linksOur buttons lead to third-party sites whose terms then govern your account, bonus and withdrawal conditions. We do not control them.
  7. No files hostedWe do not distribute Aviator APK files. Downloads belong on the operator's own address, and any file claiming to be ours is not.
  8. LiabilityInformation is provided as-is. We are not liable for losses arising from betting, from software you obtained elsewhere, or from decisions taken on the basis of pages here.
  9. ContentThe writing, the design and the demo code on this site are ours. Quote a line with a link if it helps; do not republish pages or lift the simulator wholesale.
  10. ChangesThese terms may be updated on this page, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised version.
